Where can I find the Transaction/Reference ID?


You will see the Transaction/Reference ID on the confirmation screen of your bank account/payment app or on your bank statement after you have completed the UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS Transaction. Sometimes you may only see it in the bank statement.


How can I Identify the correct Transaction/Reference Number? 


IMPS/UPI

It is always a 12 digit numeric ID. For eg - 006700001340 


NEFT/ RTGS

It is an alphanumeric ID usually termed as UTR. For eg - AXMB180232301234

 

Payments done from UPI apps will always have a 12 Digit UPI/UTR ID, you can easily find the correct ID by referring the below transactions done from different UPI Applications.












NEFT Payment transferred from SBI, what is my transaction ID?


Your SBI transaction ID can be found in your SBI bank statement in the first column on the left side. The correct transaction ID will start with “SBIN”. For example SBIN180232301234


Please do not enter any ID that starts with “IRL” as that is the incorrect transaction ID.

You can also find the transaction ID in the email or SMS notification you receive for the debit from your bank. For banks like DBS and more.

 

What should I do after finding my Transaction/Reference ID?


Once you have your Transaction/Reference ID from your bank go back to your Armoney account and add the ID. You can also follow these steps to add the Transaction/Reference ID to your Armoney account -


Desktop
  1. Click on Funds in the top bar 
  2. Under Indian Rupee, Click on the Deposit button
  3. Click on UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS
  4. Click on the Add Transfer Details button.
  5. Enter the Deposit Amount & the correct Transaction ID and tap Proceed.
  6. Your deposit will reflect within a maximum of 24 working hours.


iOS
  1. On the Home Screen, Tap on the Funds tab 
  2. Tap on Indian Rupee and tap on the Deposit button
  3. Tap on UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS
  4. Tap on the Add Transfer Details button. Enter the Deposit Amount & the correct Transaction ID and tap Proceed.
  5. Your deposit will reflect within a maximum of 24 working hours.


Android
  1. On the Home Screen, Tap on the Funds tab
